He Has Captivated Her In So many Ways.

The Soft Deep Sound Of His Voice Resonates Within Her. This Strangers Gaze Burns Her Cheeks Warm With Desire. His Strong Gentle Touch Forces Her Body To Ignite Leaving Her To Tremble Long After He's Left.

Join The Growing Number of Romance Lovers Who Can't Get Enough of Romantica Short Stories! Every Monday Read A New Chapter From "One Night of Passion", found here at Pages of Romance.

Also Read "A Forbidden Love" found at Pages of Romantica.

This is one of my favorite stories I've written so far. Long lost love, danger, kidnapping, heated desire, creepy castle, hateful evil villains, and two lovers who find themselves in love once more.

  1. Hello Cary,

I didn't see a contact section so I decided to post here. Thanks for dropping by my place, the Attitude of Gratitude Inn. Welcome!

Have you read John Donne's early poetry? Rather passionate and romantic. Also, Carew is amazing, not to mention Shelley, as poets.

I'd never thought I'd post in a blog related to romance but I wanted to say hi after seeing your face show up at my place.

Kudos to you, for all your writing. I've written romantic poetry and I'm Latin, so I can relate, but from a masculine perspective.

Wishing you fun and many readers of your work,
    Pablo

I love what you are doing for the world. I am grateful I came across your site.I always stop by when I'm having a bad day and leave feeling uplifted.

  3. I thought I'd surprise you again. Thank you for your kind words. And hey, your reply includes 5 gratitudes! My type of gal.

I couldn't help leaving the following romantic and passionate poem from Shelley. Enjoy. (I hope.) It's a "double wow" poem for me.

    THE INDIAN SERENADE

    by: Percy Bysshe Shelly (1792-1822)

    ARISE from dreams of thee
In the first sweet sleep of night,
When the winds are breathing low,
And the stars are shining bright.
I arise from dreams of thee,
And a spirit in my feet
Hath led me -- who knows how?
    To thy chamber window, Sweet!

    The wandering airs they faint
On the dark, the silent stream--
    And the Champak's odours [pine]
    Like sweet thoughts in a dream;
    The nightingale's complaint,
    It dies upon her heart,
    As I must on thine,
    O belovèd as thou art!

O lift me from the grass!
    I die! I faint! I fail!
Let thy love in kisses rain
On my lips and eyelids pale.
My cheek is cold and white, alas!
My heart beats loud and fast:
O press it to thine own again,
Where it will break at last!

P.S. I used to date a girl from Alsip. Do you know where that is? (Testing ya.)

  4. Lol yes I know where that is. I've only been there twice. It is in the city and I don't care much for the city. I always get my self lost and then scared. Thank you so much for the Poem, I think it is beautiful Pablo.
